The biggest MISCONCEPTIONS I’ve seen and heard regarding credit is “the least amount of credit cards 💳 you have, the better”....

When in fact it’s the complete opposite.

There is no set cheat sheet on how many cards a person should have but, there is a system‼️✏️

One thing I can say, is the higher your score the more cards your credit score can hold...

What I mean by this is ...

✏️The goal is to increase your spending limits with
A) more cards
b) higher limits

✏️The only way to do this is to decrease your utilization is
A) adding higher limits
b) applying for more cards to increase limits.

✏️YOU WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR SCORE IF YOU DO NOT:
A) apply for new cards
b) increase your length of history
C) higher limits which can only happen with 100% payment history.

Why is putting your in your GOALS?

1) You can create more income producing cash flow with your asset to add to your business revenue. You can do this by adding transportation/ chauffeur services to your business and hire someone. You can also turn it into a short term rental money maker 💰

2) You can use the price tag to add towards your accumulated depreciation when purchasing an investment, home or new asset. This allows you to qualify for a more expensive property and will increase your preapproval amount without having to come out of pocket (extra) for Uncle Sam.

3. You can pay your entire balance or payments using a chase or BOA card at 0% interest for 12-18 months so you can leverage your income to make more money or use as down payment to buy assets.

4. You can use it as a marketing strategy to get more clients who are aligned with your brand and will refer more like minded and dream clients to your business.

5. USE IT AS A TAX WRITE OFF!!

Today I had a client that was trying to refinance a VA loan that was only 3% so she could do a cash out refi.

Unbeknownst to me, she applied and was just denied. I had to tell her that, I am so happy that she was denied because, mam when I tell you you will never find another 3% interest again… I mean that.

Please please do not go making rash decisions if you are not financially savvy with todays market. If it’s 20-40K you need, then you can find another way. There’s also many alternative routes we can take.

Her husband owns a trucking business and has great cash flow projections. We will take the business route instead, but please do not refinance your home 🏡 especially before speaking with me first.

Imagine 🅿️urchasing 🅰️ 30 Year Mortgage and thinking 🤔 that because your interest rate is only 4%, that’s what you pay for the life of the loan.

Then you look at your loan estimate and see your “TOTAL INTEREST PERCENTAGE” (TIP) is 69% and by the time you paid off your loan you paid 3X what you would have paid CASH.

TIP takes your loan from for eg ($250,000 to paying over $700,000 making your interest the bulk of what your paying, not the principal)

The question is, ”How are you able to eliminate significant interest fees”?

Easy Answer - make bi weekly payments, to add to your principal every month, or purchase a 15 year mortgage, keeping in mind payments will be double, however you can attain a lower interest rate.

Complicated answer- includes leveraging your business or your ⭕️.
