I was so caught up in being homeless and carless in 2025 that I totally neglected my health and what I loved to do.
I didn’t even recognize myself anymore & that was the WORST FEELING EVER!
.NEVER AGAIN! Feels too good to put my health first again every single day.
Baby I had ENOUGH! I was starting to wobble again, couldn’t fit my clothes no more, couldn’t breathe going up the stairs. It was BAD!
You’ll finally make that change once you’re sick of your own s**t! The weight had to GO!
Ladies, control what you can control and get that weight off. It’s time to take your life back!
Them very dark days a MF!😩 I get it, trust me but there’s always light! My advice, start pouring back into YOU. Take back control of your thoughts! Working out for me hasn’t always been just for the weight loss. It’s for my mental health as well because that’s JUST as important! 🙏🏾

Step has ALWAYS been the cardio to help me lose weight. It’s my go to FOR SURE!
I’ve been locked in for 7 months and it’s been so challenging yet so rewarding🥺❤️
I’m happy I’m keeping my promise to myself despite the set backs. If you know me then you know when I say imma do something, I DO IT with my all, so I mean it when I say I’m coming for EVERYTHING that I lost these past few years.
51lbs down on this journey pt. 2 so far, & of course my goal is to keep losing but the main goal is to stay disciplined and consistent no matter what🤞🏾

Yes you read that RIGHT! I’m RELEARNING step! & when I say that, I mean as in different calls, moves, counts, and even how the steps are called.
I started stepping about 7 years ago, and fell in love with it after my 3rd try😂 I’m excited to become more diverse and be able to travel, meet other step instructors, and join other classes and grow within the step world. (Because it’s HUGE & I love finding community!)
