We only get one body, treat it better than fitness trends. People who experience quick results often do not build sustainable habits, and they fall back into bad habits. In a generation of instant gratification, it’s easy to want results now - It’s harder to sustain a lifestyle of fitness.

Get up and move. One thing I’ve learned in the fitness industry is when people say they “can’t right now” they are usually saying, “it’s not a priority right now.” Truth is that fitness is simple, results are simple - stay consistent.

Who’s ready to become their OWN body “GOALS”? 💪🏾

Who’s ready to stop scrolling through social media wondering how to get the perfect IG body, not wanting to take and post photos to your feed, comparing yourself to other women, and then spending hours scrolling, guessing how someone else got their body, only to find detox teas, challenges, and Brazilian Butt Lifts 🛑

✔️ It causes you to go through extreme ✔️ detoxes, no carb diets, fitness teas, fad diets, and excessive HIIT and cardio.
