8u Perfect Game National World Series is this week! 4 pool play games then we head to bracket play on Saturday!

22 great teams are in this one!

Father’s Day classic champions! Another Sunday another championship!! These boys battled the heat starting at 7am and ending the championship at 6pm!

Beat a good team from Alabama today 16-2 in the championship!

On the the World Series!

Started at 7am batting practice, and left the field at 9:30pm Last night. The Astros showed up on Sunday as they have all year and made it to another Championship! This one being the Perfect Game Minor 9u World Series. Playing up a year against some great teams and programs was fun to watch all weekend! Competitive baseball! It was a full team effort, and every single kid had a part in the success! Seeing the growth of this group and where they have came since starting together in August is just awesome to see! We will be preparing to close the season out at the end of June at East Cobb Complex, at the Perfect Game National World Series 8u KP tournament!

The Astros are playing up again this weekend in the 9u Perfect Game Southeast Memorial Day Classic! The Games are held at Titans Sports Academy in Kennesaw GA.

Pool play games are :

Game 1 Vs - GA Academy Patriots @ 8:00 am

Game 2 Vs - North GA Tribe @ 10:00 am

Proud of these boys for playing up in 9u and playing Major teams and competing all weekend! They had a great shot to make it to the championship and barely fell short to a good 6-4-3 team. Going 2-2 on the weekend!

Playing up in 9u this weekend and landed 4th seed losing to the #1 seed second pool play game in a close game. Back at it tomorrow at 10!

Game 3- VS Fort Caroline Indians (Jacksonville, FL)

Top 2 teams in each state after pool play advance to bracket play for a shot at the title!
