Happy Friday! 3 rounds of strength and 1 round of cardio. Strength complete 15-20 reps, I’m using myv12lb dumbbells and I took 2 min rest between rounds. For cardio 45 seconds each exercise, jog/walk for 15 seconds before moving to the next exercise. I’m using my 3lb dumbbells 🔥🔥🔥

Full Body Friday! I did 3 rounds of strength training and 10 min of cardio. Full video on YT! 15 reps each exercise, 2 min break between rounds I’m using my 15-20lb dumbbells 🔥🔥

Always start the week off strong. I was on the struggle bus this morning but still made it happen. 4 rounds 5 exercises 15 reps using 12-20lb dumbbells. My delts were on 🔥🔥🔥

Happy Friday! 3 rounds of Core Strength and 10min of Core Cardio. For strength 4 exercises 1 min each or 20 reps, 90 second rest between rounds. I’m using my 20lb dumbbell. For cardio 10 exercises 45 seconds each with 15 seconds of jogging or marching in place between each exercise! I’m using my 3lb dumbbells 🔥🔥
