Re-reading this chapter…
Learning to embrace my ego and looking at it for what it is… not hiding behind it’s perceived goodness or running from its darkness.

January fall has been decided:
On Saturday, Jan 21, I’ll be visiting Wildcat Creek Trail.
This is a 4.9 miles trail at 419 elevation… easy enough to get started with.
Dogs are welcomed but must be on leash. And it has pretty good reviews.
This fall is located in dawsonville, ga. Want to join me? DM me for logistics.

Your freedom ends where the other person’s freedom begins.
When we set boundaries, we communicate where our freedom starts and ends.
Boundaries communicate thing we tolerate, like, dislike, can stand or not, … things that make us happy or infuriates us.
When another person trespasses or overstep your boundaries, you know by the way it makes you feel.
Pay attention to those feelings… even when they seem insignificant. When boundaries are eroded, you lose yourself. You become unrecognizable to yourself and those who love you.
Take constant inventory of who you are; what your boundaries are; and redefine yourself as many times as needed.
