Hello my yoga peeps! 🧘♀️✨
I hope you all had an amazing Thanksgiving and got to spend time with your loved ones and ate some good food. I haven’t been very consistent with my yoga practice and posting lately but I am forever grateful for this practice, that I can always come back to at any time and feel so much more grateful, mindful, and just overall better. I am grateful for all my friends and family support everyday! 🍁🙏

If you are following this page, I just want to thank you so much for being a part of this journey with me. I am SO happy that I found this practice. Yoga has helped me cope with stress, anxiety, & everyday life obstacles. It has also helped me stay grounded & centered. It has helped me cultivate more awareness of myself and everything around me. I hope that in someway I have inspired you to go within and learn more about the amazing benefits of YOGA. 🧘♀️✨

Being "grounded" means that you're present in your body and connected with the earth. When you're grounded, you allow yourself to feel centered and balanced no matter what's going on around you. If you aren't grounded, you're like a leaf in the wind: very vulnerable and thrown off balance very quickly. 🌳
