The Life Coach and Motivational Speaker focused on helping you Destroy your Stress and Achieve Success.
I became a Motivational Speaker and Life Coach to share with others how I stayed resilient in extremely demanding situations. To share how when I very easily could have said the task at hand was too tough, I stayed focused and achieved success.
I was completing physical therapy to return to the life I had following the diagnosis of an autoimmune neuromuscular condition. I could have complained how mean my therapist was, how tough my exercises were; however, I knew I had 2 choices. I either had a choice of continuing to be incredibly limited, or I could try my best to return to the life I had prior to the onset of my symptoms.
I additionally focused on achieving my goals while participating in an online class to complete my college degree. Twice my core became extremely weak and fatigued caused by my neuromuscular condition due to how often I was working on the computer. Twice my core became incredibly weak before the middle of the semester. I suppose I could have dropped the class without consequences, but this never crossed my mind. Instead I focused on putting myself on a path to success. I decided I would use the timer on my phone to limit how often I worked on the computer; moreover, I would only work on the computer 2-3 times a day. Most importantly, when working on the research paper, I would enter each computer session with a plan focusing on which sections of my research I would use
This mindset of focusing on how to work around my capabilities to complete the online course led me to receiving an A in the class.
Hence, I will assist you in forming the same mindset I used to achieve my goals. In a Life Coaching Session, we will find the right motivation to make you resilient so you too can achieve your goals.

Completing a Stress Diary is a highly recommended method to destroy your stress. You list the stressor, how you reacted, the coping mechanism you used, and how it helped. This exercise helps you pinpoint the best coping mechanism for you, as well as for different situations.
Operating a stress diary can even be a form of venting.

I am proud of the logo I have been using as I created it in Microsoft Word all by myself. Thus when Emily Correa from Ultimate Spark Coaching suggested I change it, I could have been become stressed and stubborn. Instead, I knew she was correct. My logo did not have any personality. My logo did not tell people whom The Stress Destroyer is.
Luckily I knew what I wanted and was able to communicate clearly with Amanda Lee Photographie regarding what I wanted, resulting in a logo I adored.
My new logo defines my brand perfectly. When I was deciding what to name my brand, I envisioned myself as a superhero beating stress. Furthermore, some analogies and recommendations I provide are unique. Thus I felt the snowflake tells people what to expect in a Life Coaching session with The Stress Destroyer, or hear a Motivational Speech from me. They will know what sets The Stress Destroyer apart from other speakers and coaches telling you how to face stressful situations and come out as the victor.
I have exciting news I wanted to share with everyone. My Motivational Speaking and Life Coaching brand, The Stress Destroyer, is now an LLC. This is an important step to make my business official and to lead to future success.
