Niagara Falls šØš¦
What a whirlwind! In less than 24 hours, we booked a quick work trip and were on our way to Canada, where we finally got to check Niagara Falls off our bucket list. The fall leaves were spectacular, and the rainbow over the falls felt like a sign. This place is extra special to me since my parents honeymooned here, and itās something Iāve always wanted to see. Just feeling grateful for Godās little surprises and this amazing experience. -Suite

30 yearsā¦you are so missed! Iām grateful you imparted Romans 8:28 into our daily life āall things work together for goodā I donāt have to understand the why, I just get to trust (a challenge for sure).
As I get closer to your forever age, itās crazy how young it is. Your beautiful smile makes me smile and how you loved dad and lived life was a testimony I treasure.

How easy is it to move toward your goals?
At times I find it easy and then other times, it's hard! In an article, by Greater Good Magazine, Kira Newman writes how Embracing Discomfort Can Help You Grow. In this article, Newman references a new study by Psychological Science. This study states experiencing discomfort is often required to achieve personal growth.
Sometimes it's easy to forget the simple things. Of course, it takes discomfort to grow. This article hits home as I am participating in a group coaching course doing Meatless May. It started Monday and the first three days include a detox. I'm aware of the discomforts my body is going through getting rid of all the toxins. Today I woke up with my head clearer than it's been in months. The discomfort will be worth it if it allows me to find a better rhythm of what my body enjoys and doesn't.
Purpose also can demand some discomforts as we look inside ourselves and self-reflect. Pursuing purpose takes intentionality and courage to grow into the person we are meant to be. My purpose is to measure truth to promote wellness. My promise is to always be a positive encouragement as you fight to make a change. It starts with being truthful to myself so that I can be a positive encouragement to others as they fight to make a change.
