“This whole thing started because I NEVER really finished anything.”

✅ I graduated high school
✅ I graduated college
✅ I had two kids
✅ married, divorced
✅ I worked for CNN, ABC, NBC, Weather Channel, Red Cross, Six Flags...
❌ but I was empty.

Through all of that I was fragile, depressed with a severe case of imposter syndrome.

My options were to keep being miserable or CHANGE IT!

💡I started one day and 12 months later. I’m still at it. Better for it. Healthier all around. Definitely stronger too.

Will fitness solve all your problems... probably not. But you lose nothing by taking your life by the reigns and steering yourself away from self doubt and defeat.
