We know some of the strongest people are those who loved us, led us, and showed up for us through every season. 🧡
This month we celebrate the older adults whose wisdom, kindness, and resilience inspire us every day.
Tag someone who inspires you. 👇
At Vivo, we believe that every stage of life deserves movement, connection and support.

Our body and your mind deserve to move together. ✈️
Try this simple dual tasking moment – a bit of movement paired with a little imagination.
March in place for 20 steps…then do 10 overhead reaches, stretching tall as you lift your arms. And with that energy flowing, say one place you’d like to travel someday. 🌍
Let your body feel active, while your mind explores something exciting ahead.

Healing can bring self-assurance. 🧡✨
Nancy shares that she feels confident she will heal well and she's thankful for the support, encouragement, and steady guidance she’s received along the way.
A special shoutout to Kathy for being such a caring presence throughout the process.
That’s what Vivo is for: to help people feel supported not just in movement, but in all seasons of recovery and progress. Anything is possible with the right guidance.

A JAMA study found that one-third of older adults feel lonely and isolated - and those feelings can lead to more falls, anxiety, and declining physical health. Connection isn't just nice to have. It's essential.
One of the things I hear most from Vivo members is how much they value the community. Showing up to class two or three times a week and training alongside others who get it - that changes everything. The strength work matters, and so does knowing you're not doing it alone.

Your body and your mind deserve to move together.
Try this simple dual tasking moment: turning small pauses into mindful movement and a touch of creativity.
While watching a TV commercial, take slow, deep breaths…stretch your arms forward, and with each breath, name a color you like. Let it be playful, calming, or even unexpected. 🎨✨
Each inhale brings space, each exhale brings ease… and a little color to your moment. 🧡

Strength builds in the moments you show up. 💪
Pam shares how each day brings a little more strength – and how staying active continues to help her feel better in her body.
That’s what Vivo is built for: creating steady progress you can feel, one session at a time. When movement becomes part of your rhythm, the results start to follow. ✨

"A lot of research shows that daily body movement is associated with both longevity and healthy aging." That's gerontologist Jennifer Ailshire from USC, and she makes an important distinction - it's not about hitting the gym or running marathons. It's about staying active consistently, in whatever form that takes for you. At Vivo, we see this play out every single class. Members show up two to three times a week for live, progressive strength training with a certified trainer who adjusts every exercise to where they are right now. Some are chairbound, others are incredibly active - but they all keep moving forward.
That consistency is what builds real results.
