Agile coaching and AI adoption have more in common than you think.
You meet people where they are. Not everyone comes in at the same level and that's perfectly fine. Good facilitation makes room for everyone.
You keep it bite-sized. Just like a Sprint, you break it down one concept, one real-world application, one lightbulb moment at a time. Nobody learns when they're drowning in information.
You make it safe to not know. People ask their best questions when they don't feel judged. The goal is always a brave space, not a perfect one.
And community does the heavy lifting. One person walking away with new knowledge can change a household, a small business, a whole neighborhood. That ripple effect is real.
We are not sitting around waiting for AI to eventually reach everybody. We are taking it there ourselves.
Because a seat at the table means nothing if people don't also have a hand on the keyboard.

We are deeply grateful to Fairburn Library and the Fulton County Library System for the opportunity to serve local residents through accessible AI education.
This is the kind of work we believe in.
And we are just getting started.

Day 3 of the AI Workshop for Beginners at Fairburn Library was incredible!
Today’s session focused on something many people are navigating right now — job search and career planning in a digital world.
Participants learned how to use AI tools like ChatGPT to:
• Identify possible career paths based on their experience
• Analyze skill gaps between resumes and job descriptions
• Optimize resumes for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Create personalized cover letters
• Strengthen LinkedIn profiles so recruiters can actually find them
• Practice mock interviews using the STAR method
One of the highlights today was our live mock interview demonstration, where participants saw how AI can help them practice interview questions and receive instant feedback.
For many in the room, this was their first time seeing how AI can support career growth, confidence, and preparation for new opportunities.
At Rewrite & Rise, our mission is to make practical technology education accessible to the community — helping people gain skills that can support their personal and professional growth.
We’re grateful to the Fairburn Library for partnering with us to host this workshop series and provide a space for the community to learn together.
Next up: Day 4 — Using AI to explore business ideas and income opportunities.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, participated, and continues to support this program.

Last night, we officially kicked off Day 1 of the Rewrite and Rise AI Workshop for Beginners… and the energy in the room was incredible.
Thank you to every participant who showed up curious, open, and ready to learn. Watching beginners move from uncertainty to confidence in a single session was powerful. Seeing the fog lift and clarity take its place is exactly why this work matters.
AI does not have to feel overwhelming. It can be practical. It can be empowering. And it can be learned step by step.
A heartfelt thank you to the Fairburn Library for hosting and partnering with Rewrite and Rise. Community spaces like this make learning accessible, welcoming, and impactful. We are truly grateful for the collaboration.
We are just getting started.
Day 2 is next… and we’re going deeper.
