I remember watching The Pursuit of Happyness and thinking about how Chris finally had someone in his corner who saw something in him and gave him an opportunity.

Then I thought about my own journey.

I returned to the corporate/workplace environment hoping to rebuild… and instead, I experienced being fired—not once, but twice. I found myself worse off than when I started.

But somewhere in that disappointment, I had a realization:

I need to be in leadership.

Not just to have a title, but to identify GREAT people.
People with a great attitude.
People with a good heart.
People who are coachable, hungry, willing to learn, and ready to grow.

Because sometimes people don’t need someone to do the work for them. They need someone who will see the potential in them and give them the opportunity to prove it.

So I’m asking…

Are my people out there? 👀
