Sometimes you don’t need to “hold it together.”
Sometimes you need to let it fall apart, just enough to let the pressure out.

Tears can carry stress, grief, frustration… all the things words can’t quite hold. And when they finally come, they make space for something lighter—clarity, calm, even a little peace.
