I'm honored to be speaking at Adobe Learning Summit 2026 on June 24-25 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas.
I'll be joining an incredible panel for "Precision Engagement: Creating Learning Experiences That Adapt, Anticipate, and Connect."
Over the past several years, my team has been focused on a few questions:
🔹 How do we create personalized learning experiences that scale across a global workforce?
🔹 How do we move beyond completion rates and measure whether learning is actually changing behavior and driving business outcomes?
🔹 How do we leverage AI to create learning experiences that adapt, anticipate needs, and support employees in the flow of work?
I'm looking forward to sharing some of the lessons we've learned, hearing how others are approaching these challenges, and connecting with fellow learning leaders who are rethinking what modern learning should look like.
If you'll be at Adobe Learning Summit, I'd love to connect.
