Elated to reflect on this past weekend. Happy 10 year anniversary for Coming to this conference for the first time 7 years ago inspired the beginning of my journey of intentionally helping others with bodily acceptance.

I came back the next year with a workshop called Love Thy Body. From its inception I’ve had the honor of moving hundreds of people through what they describe as a life changing experience.
