Monday is Medal Day for the running community, a day to share your accomplishments with your running friends and that's exactly what I feel like doing today... I'm so proud of myself for finishing the New York Marathon very strong, it was the most amazing experience, spectators, energy, family support, weather, everything was so perfect and special

Keeping the tradition alive... morning birthday run with some amazing friends, double celebration since Allison and I share the same birthday 🎉🎉🥳🥳

Publix Half Marathon Nashville celebrating St Patrick's Day ☘️ was an amazing experience, a beautiful scenery and the perfect weather for a run, I needed that as a reminder that I really love running and have to keep running for as long as possible, today I was listening to my audiobook and having a great time

Small things in life that makes me happy like a chance to go on a quick run in this city that will always have a special place in my heart 💓

All the benefits a run can do for you... get out to relax and reset the mind, explore new places and find hidden treasures on the way, escape problems, meet people and be part of a community that share the same passion, but most importantly RUN FOR YOU, whatever your reasons and goals are make sure you enjoy every minute. I love running with friends and share stories and ideas, I love running alone listening to Christian songs, talking to God and looking for new directions in life, I love watching sunrises, sunsets and all the beauty nature brings my way, running makes me happy 🏃‍♀️

Life is full of surprises, not even in my dreams I thought one day I would ran my second marathon and cheer my daughter on her first marathon at the same time 😍. I love running but after my first marathon in 2013 in Prague I kind of decided that distance wasn’t my favourite and was targeting my runs to 10 miles and half marathons until my daughter started running last year and the opportunity of running Boston virtually came up, we both took the challenge and signed up, we didn’t run together due to work schedule, I ran Saturday with friends in St. Augustine, FL and drove to Tampa to cheer and support her run on Sunday, I’ve met her on the course every 3-4 miles with water and ran the last few meters by her side to the finish line ❤️ it was magical and we’re not gonna stop now, my third and her second will happen hopefully next year
