Sometimes respect isn’t real — it’s learned through fear, not love. In this short reflection, I share how I discovered that genuine respect is only birthed from love — the kind of love that builds integrity, protects the self, and teaches you to honor your own boundaries. When respect grows from love, it lasts; when it grows from fear, it fades. This is for every woman healing from trauma, learning self-respect, and choosing to love herself without guilt or fear. As a trauma-informed life coach, I believe healing begins when we unlearn survival patterns and step into pure, honest love — the kind that heals the heart and frees the soul. You are loved. Healing Starts when Love Leads
