Upper Body Day!
I'm working Chest, Back, Arms and Abs today. Here's how
Weighted Pull ups: 4 sets of 12 hand placements, Regular, Close, wide, wider.
Weighted Chin Ups: 4 sets of 12 hand placements Regular, Close, Wide, Wider.
Mix Grip Pull ups: 2 sets of 10 reps hand placements Right Under grip, Left over grip. The next set I swap.
Super SET
Weighted Dips: 10 sets. 5 sets of 12 reps and 5 sets of 10 reps.
* Using a 10 lb sandbag for weight, tied around my waist.
10 sets all together. A set of pull ups or chin ups and a set of dips is 1 set.
Super SET
Decline Push ups: 3 sets of 30 reps
Single Arm Curls: 3 sets till Muscle Failure
Using a 20 in weight
Super SET
Clap push ups: 3 sets of 18 reps
Single Arm lawnmower pulls: 3 sets till Muscle Failure
*Using a 40 lb weight
Super SET
2 Arm Curls: Heavy, 6 sets till Muscle Failure
Rock back push ups: 3 sets of 20 reps
Spider Man Crawl Push ups: 3 sets of 20 reps
