I know December can be a tricky month for fitness, between the holiday madness and bad weather there are plenty of excuses to skip the gym so Iβm extra appreciative of the gals that show up week after week to Flex & Flow β€οΈβπ₯
Iβm always grateful for my YMCA home and this Christmas season I have even more reason π₯°

Hey friends! I've had some local mamas express a desire for a toddler/kid's yoga class, so I wanted to put some feelers out there to gauge interest. My amazing supervisor at the Olean Y is open to trying it out! I'm thinking Saturdays from 10:30 AM-11:00 AM in January-February?

Hi friends! π REBRAND ALERT I have updated the name of my page from Mary Grace Yoga to Mary Grace Fitness to reflect my current Mat Pilates certification, the Circuit instructor certificates that I hold, and my upcoming REFORMER Pilates certification that I am currently working on π€©
Yoga has a special place in my fitness practice but it's time to update this page to reflect my current passion, Pilates. Be on the lookout for updates as I complete my Reformer Pilates Teacher Training, present my final LIVE Zoom class (targeting early-mid December!), and begin offering private 1v1 reformer sessions from my basement studio in 2026.
In the meantime, you can find me at the Olean YMCA teaching Flex & Flow (22 minutes of weighted mat circuit followed by 22 minutes of vinyasa yoga) at 9am on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Or teaching Mat Pilates on Saturdays at 9am, continuing throughout December.
For private sessions either virtual or in-person send me a message, I'd love to sweat with you!

Save the date! π£ My final FREE 45-minute Pilates class is on Thursday, June 26 at 12:30 PM EST. This class is virtual so you can join me from anywhere you are comfortable! π» If you are unable to join me live I will be posting the recording on YT afterwards. I've created this class specifically to help new mama's around 6 months postpartum who need help rebuilding their core & pelvic floor after pregnancy. π€° If you struggle with peeing when you sneeze, then this class is for you! π¦ To join, send me your email address either in a DM or to my email [email protected] and I'll send you the Zoom link.
