Some days you’re not gonna feel motivated at all… and that’s real.

But what do YOU do on those days?
Do you skip it or do you still show up and do what you can?

I’m not always motivated either. I rely on discipline.
Even if it’s not my best workout, I still walk in and move my body because those are the days that count the most.

Most people misunderstand variety in the gym 👇

Variety doesn’t mean switching your whole workout every week.
It means swapping exercises while still targeting the SAME muscle group.

Back day example:
Pull-ups → rows → pulldowns → cable rows → high rows
5 moves. Every part of the back hit. Straight to the point.

Don’t like cables? Use machines.
Don’t like one row? Switch to another.

Same muscles. New stimulus. Better growth.

If barbell squats hurt your back, TRY THESE ‼️

Back acting up but you can still tolerate some load?
➡️ Hack squats give you spinal support while still letting you hit depth & build legs.
(Stay parallel coz once your hips tuck under, that’s extra pressure on your spine.)

No hack machine?
➡️Goblet Squats: These are safer for the spine than traditional barbell back squats because the load is held in front. They require less load to be effective, which reduces shear force on the spine, while also strengthening the core, which supports the lower back.

Pain isn’t a reason to stop training.
It’s a reason to adjust your movement.
