This weekend we went to Talladega Short Track for a weekly show.
Friday night went over to practice, try new stuff and make sure the car was back right from the last couple of weeks wrecks.
Saturday 20 cars on hand drew for heat race starting spots split into 3 heat races.
Was suppose to start 4th the outside pole guy broke during hot laps putting us moving to the outside pole. Won the heat race started 3rd in the 20 lap feature where Jake finished 2nd.

Plans for this weekend are up in the air right now.

Not the weekend we was hoping for:
Thursday and Friday was practice nights.
Saturday- 36 cars on hand to make the 24 car Alabama State field.
Dug ourselves a little hole in qualifying and ended up 10th in our group. Where we started 10th in the heat race finishing 6th. Locked in to Sunday’s 50 lap A Main for the Alabama State Championship starting 18th.
Right off on lap 1 got hit and brought out the caution. Restarted 24th moving up some positions then the flopper rolled under on lap 13 and brought out another caution, our night was done.
Plans this weekend: Going to Talladega for a weekly show and test some things.

4/4 final day of the Alabama State. Jake dug a hole in qualifying last night started 10th in the heat and finished 6th. That will put him starting 18th 🤦‍♀️ in the 50 lap race today.
