In honor of World Kindness Day... A bit of Leadership News coming your way...

Some may find kindness to be a "soft" topic, but in fact, it is one of the most important leadership traits (a true strength) to demonstrate in the workplace. Kindness doesn't mean to be "passive" or "wish washy" nor "timid". Being kind takes courage, assertiveness and clarity. It takes excellent communication skills.
