The summer slow down seems to be hitting hard this year for a lot of private practice / self-employed folks — but don’t get discouraged — This is a perfect time to take some time to shift your energy / focus —

This year, I’m tackling another half marathon so I’m focusing some of the “slow-down” time to adding in more stretching throughout the day and restructuring my day a bit to try to get in fun movement before the day gets way too hot (the humidity in the South is REAL!)
