Sometimes while being on a journey, we beat ourselves up. Because we know we are putting in the work but the scales not going down and you don’t see a physical change. Yet, others can tell and it’s sweet and makes you smile but then you look in the mirror and you ask yourself, “what are they talking about? I look the flipping same.
