Good, bad, ugly from day 2 of AK masters. All and all I really enjoyed the match. Considering I only has 3 weeks to practice once I got cleared from PT from my shoulder surgery. I'll be back next yr and in better shape with ample time to practice.

Good bad and ugly from the 1st day of AK masters.
90 yd targets on the 1st video with 2 pieces of steel in the vehicle. Minor mistakes on the 2nd video, and the train came off the track on the platform stage🤦🏾♂️

Pulled my groin earlier in the day at work....while walking....walking smdh. This was my best stage of the night. Shooting the AK masters tomorrow

shot her 1st match in over 6 months, and had a solid outing
My 1st match being able to shoot with both arms since my shoulder surgery....felt good to be back out there but I didn't shoot so well...very rusty. Working on my strength and cardio. Only able to do 3 sets of 12 with 75lbs on bench press but getting stronger every week

Shot my 2nd match since my shoulder surgery feb 22(torn labrum...I was involved in a hit and run back in October). I sent my sig off to have the slide recut and fitted for my Sro optic(had a romeo 1 on it). I finished 23rd outta 29 shooters. I haven't finished that low in match since 2015🤷🏾♂️. I'm shooting support hand only since I'm still recovering... when I tell you the gun feels like I'm holding a 40lb weight I'm not exaggerating. I will be posting some other vids in a few days and what I believe to be an interesting distinction between g***k and sig. This is only my 3rd match with this gun

Today makes 4 weeks since my shoulder surgery. Everybody is posting cool guns and vids and I'm struggling to do these basic exercises from my PT sessions. Progress is steady but slow. In my Arnold voice...ill be back
Non-dominant hand...iron sights....it was 30 degrees and 20 mph wind gust. I finished 44th outta 58 overall, 9th outta 17 in my division
I'll take it
Got a chance to make it to the range, worked on non dominant hand static and movement shooting. Gonna try a different technique and see if I like it better.
