As I am packing up my classroom/ELHS Wrestling Hall of Fame, one last look at all the award winners through the years. I’ll start with the Most Dedicated Award. Thanks Cliff Fretwell for the support over the past 3 years.

Congratulations to the most successful senior wrestling team in many, many years! You have all had a hugely positive impact on the program & will be missed. But we know you will go on to do even greater things in the future.

Today is my last Monday at ELHS (3.0) and I thought I would post my first and last wrestling team photos from each of my times here. Wrestling has been a huge part of my life and I’m so happy I was able to bring it back into my life over the past 3 years.

Today’s blast from the past is in celebration of tonight’s spring football game. Here is a team photo of the 1st County Football Championship in ELHS history, & another photo of the wrestling team from the same year. You’ll notice many of the same kids on both teams: Wrestling makes better football players!

It is never easy to lose a friend or teammate. Daniel, you were loved by many, as seen by the number of people who came to pay their respects. Here is the photo of the ELHS alumni that were able to make it.
