Your business should not need you in every decision to keep moving.
Tomorrow at 1 PM (5.21.26), I’m hosting a private Build Beyond You Mastery Workshop for founders, business owners, operators, and committed leaders who are tired of being the bottleneck in their own business.
Here’s the truth:
A lot of businesses do not have a productivity problem.
They have an ownership problem.
Decisions are unclear.
Follow-up gets delayed.
Everything keeps routing back to the owner.
The team is busy, but momentum still feels slow.
Revenue opportunities get delayed because no one knows exactly who owns the next move.
That’s what we’re going to address.
Inside the workshop, I’ll introduce the new Owner OS solution — a practical system designed to help leaders:
✅ Identify where unclear ownership is slowing ex*****on
✅ Reduce productivity drag and decision delays
✅ Assign every key decision a clear owner
✅ Stop carrying what the business should be owning
✅ Create a weekly rhythm for accountability and momentum
✅ Increase revenue by helping the business move faster
The principle is simple:
One rule. One system. Give every decision a single owner.
That’s where ex*****on accelerates.
That’s where momentum compounds.
That’s where revenue follows.
This is a private space curated for committed leaders who are ready to build beyond themselves — not just work harder, stay busier, or keep rescuing the business from the same bottlenecks.
Join me tomorrow at 1 PM for the:

Your bottleneck has a name.
Tomorrow, we’re going to find it — and start fixing it.

A lot of people are nervous about AI right now.
And honestly…
I understand why.
Industries are changing.
Companies are restructuring.
Roles are disappearing.
And many hardworking people are quietly wondering:
“Where do I fit now?”
But I don’t believe AI destroyed human value.
I believe it changed what the marketplace values most.
The future will reward people who can:
• think critically
• adapt quickly
• communicate clearly
• solve meaningful problems
• and lead well under pressure
Technology can automate tasks.
But it still cannot replace:
wisdom,
judgment,
trust,
human connection,
and emotional intelligence.
Those skills are becoming more valuable — not less.
This moment is not just about technology.
It’s about adaptability.
And the people who thrive moving forward will not simply be the busiest people in the room…
They’ll be the clearest thinkers.

🌱 MAY IS MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH — And This Conversation Matters More Than Ever.
I want to speak honestly today.
Not as a coach.
Not as a strategist.
Not from a stage.
Just as a human being who understands that pressure can become heavy when life keeps demanding strength from you.
Too many people are carrying battles nobody can see.
The executive trying to lead while emotionally exhausted.
The entrepreneur smiling publicly while privately overwhelmed.
The parent holding everyone together while falling apart internally.
The professional functioning at a high level… but mentally running on empty.
And because we’ve been conditioned to “keep going,” many people suffer in silence.
But silence has consequences.
What you refuse to address eventually shows up somewhere:
In your health.
In your relationships.
In your leadership.
In your decisions.
In your peace.
Here’s one truth I’ve learned over time:
Your past does not control your future unless you continue giving it ownership over your identity.
The moment you stop hiding from your story and start owning it, something changes.
Not instantly.
Not perfectly.
But powerfully.
Acceptance is not surrender.
Acceptance is leadership.
📊 And the reality is bigger than most people realize:
• More than 57 million Americans live with a mental health condition
• 1 in 5 adults will experience mental illness this year
• Anxiety and depression continue rising globally
• Millions still avoid treatment because of stigma, fear, cultural pressure, or lack of support
These are not random statistics.
These are leaders.
Parents.
Founders.
Students.
Friends.
Family members.
People sitting beside us every day pretending they’re okay.
This month, I hope we choose something different.
Instead of silence → conversation.
Instead of shame → compassion.
Instead of isolation → community.
And for every high-performing leader reading this:
You do not have to suffer quietly to prove you are strong.
In business, unclear ownership creates bottlenecks.
In life, unspoken pain creates them too.
You deserve support.
You deserve healing.
You deserve space to breathe without pretending everything is fine.
💬 Reflection Question:
What would change in your life if you stopped hiding the hardest chapter of your story… and started using it as proof that you survived?
If this message reached you at the right time, share it with someone who may need the reminder:
Your story is not your shame.
Your story may become somebody else’s survival guide.

I want to tell you about a conversation that changed how I think about leadership.
A founder I worked with hadn't taken a day off in four years. Not because he was a workaholic. Because the moment he stepped away, everything slowed — or stopped.
Revenue was up. Team was growing. But every decision still lived in his head.
He thought he had a delegation problem.
He didn't. He had a decision ownership problem.
Here's the difference: when your team doesn't know who actually owns a choice, they don't get creative — they get cautious. They escalate. They wait. And everything keeps routing back to you.
We worked on structure, not just mindset. We got clear on who owns what, and we built the guardrails so the team could move without asking permission at every turn.
Last summer, he took three weeks off. The business ran.
That's what real progress looks like — not just hitting a number, but building something that doesn't collapse without you in the room.
If any of this sounds familiar, my upcoming book goes deep on exactly this.
Comment "too much depends on me" below if you feel this in your own business. 👇🏽

Stop Guessing, Start Governing: The SBA "Secret"
Most entrepreneurs treat business management like a game of "whack-a-mole"—fixing problems only when they pop up.
If you want to scale, you need a repeatable system. I’ve been diving back into the SBA Business Guide, and honestly, it’s one of the most underrated assets for any leader in this group.
Why it matters for us:
The SBA isn't just for loans; their "Manage Your Business" section is a masterclass in operational excellence. Here’s how to leverage it for free:
• The Learning Platform: They offer digital courses on everything from "Buying a Business" to "Cybersecurity for Small Biz."
• Day-to-Day Operations: Use their checklists for hiring, payroll laws, and stay-compliant frameworks so you don't get sidelined by legal red tape.
• Market Analysis Tools: They provide free access to data that helps you understand your industry outlook without paying for expensive research reports.
The Challenge: Go to SBA.gov and find ONE template (like an emergency response plan or a marketing assessment) and implement it this week.
Success leaves clues, and the federal government has literally mapped them out for you. Let’s use it.
