Had someone ask what typical meals look like a few days ago. I shared in my stories but figured I would make a list as well in case you missed it. First three pictures are from last Sunday and the last three are from Monday. So a weekend day and a weekday or workday.
It doesn’t look like this everyday but as I’ve said before the goal is overall consistency. I like to try to save some of the less consistent meals for the weekend. But that’s my personal preference.
I would like to add, there are no bad foods. But there are foods that are more nutrient dense and vitamin/mineral dense. Eating them more often will help you towards your goals. So aim to have overall consistency with the foods that help you towards goals!

“Fail to plan then plan to fail”
If you have a goal to get better or be more consistent with your nutrition then make sure you plan ahead. This can very easily be done utilizing an app that tracks food like the 1st phorm app. If you end up using that one I can help you in it as an advisor. https://www.1stphorm.app/CoachOReilly
We like to plan out meals and get food on Sunday’s. This makes it more likely that you will be consistent throughout the week. If you don’t plan things out you are more likely to eat out, or if you walk into the store hungry more likely to buy the tastier less nutrient dense food.
If you have kids like I do, they get super excited to shop as well. Props to for having small shopping carts, stickers, and lollipops for kids.
If you need help figuring out how to go about making some changes dont be afraid to reach out or fill out the get started form (link in bio).
Have a great rest of your weekend!

Took a bit of a break from social media the last few weeks. It’s been quite eventful.
We are now an O’Reilly party of four ❤️. My son got to play in snow for the first time. I’ll admit getting adjusted to having two kids is going to take some getting use to, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world 🌎.
I’m still around for fitness questions and will be posting about it again soon. I hope you have all been doing well!

Happy Monday!
An egg 🥚 a day keeps the doctor away… or something like that. Post workout breakfast for me today. We like to shop on Sunday’s to plan out the week (pictures shopping with my son yesterday). As I have said often; emphasize protein and whole foods with OVERALL consistency. I’m a dad and work two jobs, I get it. Every meal isn’t going to be perfect and that’s ok. But if you can plan out meals, prepare ahead of time and aim for overall consistency I promise you will be heading towards your goals. If you are just beginning, start there, and don’t overcomplicate things!
Once you have built up some momentum with just aiming to emphasize protein and Whole Foods and have a healthy relationship with food, I think counting macros or using a good app to track food can be super beneficial if you go into it with the correct understanding. The goal is to get a real idea and understanding of the nutritional quality of food and how much to eat to reach specific goals (health and fitness). The goal is not to worry or stress over every little thing eaten. Which is why building a healthy relationship with food is vastly important.
If you need help a long the way don’t be afraid to reach out for help, send me a message, respond to my Q&A’s, or share my posts, stories, spread the word of the account for people to follow, etc with others it may benefit!
Have a fantastic week!

Happy Monday! 💪
If anyone wants and or knows someone that may utilize a fitness app but has wanted to be able to ask someone questions while using it this is a great option!!
Great app for tracking nutrition and workouts! If you get the premium version (5$ a month) and follow the link in the picture I’ll be added as your advisor and you can message me directly with any questions from the app! The link to getting the app and adding me as an advisor is also in the link in my bio or link tree if you want to click from there!
If you find you want more personalized training with me later you can always work with me one on one, online programming, or by joining the team O’Reilly members page!
Have a great week! Remember you can always send me any questions you may have or ask them in the Q&A’s in my stories.

Happy thanksgiving! 🦃🍁🍽
Enjoy time with your family!
Spend some time thinking about all the things you are thankful for. Then start doing that everyday 😉.
Maybe get a workout in, or maybe don’t. Either way enjoy all the food and time with people!

I had a few people ask if I would be doing a giveaway for the train with me/members page I will be launching soon on my website.
Since the holidays are coming up I will do a giveaway. I will pick 3 winners on December 6th. Just have to follow the page, share it with some friends or family/ on your stories or post, and comment tagging family or friends that can benefit from following the page and having the chance to ask fitness and health questions.
I will close entries for it Friday December 3rd. I am also running a sale of 20% off of the train with me/members page if you fill out the google form before I launch it in a couple weeks. The form is in my bio! You do not have to pay for anything or agree to anything when filling out the form. It collects your email so I can get you set up with the 20% off at launch if you are still interested.
Thank you everyone that follows the page! I want to try to grow the page so I can continue trying to achieve my goal of trying to help as many people as possible with their fitness. If you have any questions on training, exercises, health/fitness, etc send them to me or participate in the weekly Q & A’s I do!
The more questions I get the more things I know I should cover or talk about! If if you have a question chances are a ton of other people have the same question. I don’t post who asks questions so don’t be shy!
