✨ Client Spotlight: Denisse ✨

Denisse and I began working together at the end of October, and her transformation is such a powerful reminder that sometimes the missing piece isn’t effort — it’s structure and strategy.

Denisse was already doing a lot of things right. She was working out consistently, eating clean, and putting in the time. But without the right structure or education behind her training and nutrition, the progress she wanted just wasn’t happening.
Once we dialed in a plan that gave her clear direction, proper programming, and intentional nutrition, everything started to click.

Since then, she’s had an incredible body recomposition and the results speak for themselves. Now she’s getting complimented regularly at the gym and even being asked for advice from people who have noticed her transformation. 🔥

Denisse is proof that when your effort is paired with the right guidance, amazing things can happen.

If this sounds like you — you feel like you’re putting in the work but the results just aren’t matching the effort — I’d love to help shape your fitness experience so you can finally achieve the goals you’re working so hard for.

The new year resolutions are my FAVORITES 🥹 I might be a tad biased since that’s how my health and fitness journey began…but still!

If this is you, and you are excited about starting your fitness journey…don’t be deterred by the internet claiming it won’t last.

I made my resolution 10 years ago- and it’s now my career 💕

DM me if you need any support! You got this!

Anyone else see Ilya and think…man I gotta step it up? 😂

My client Hilary is down 20lbs — and she says it’s one of the easiest things she’s ever done. 👏

Before working together, she was already “eating healthy” and working out, but what she was missing was structure and specificity in her program.

Here’s what we did:
➡️ Set specific macros
➡️ Dialed in her food selections
➡️ Primed her metabolism for fat loss
➡️ Ensured she was in a true caloric deficit

Here’s how Hilary got it done:
✅ Checked the boxes and hit the goals I gave her every week
✅ Stayed consistent and put in the work
✅ Held herself accountable from start to finish

That’s how you get results that last. 💪

If you’re ready to do the same, shoot me a DM and let’s get started.

Save this post if you’ve been diagnosed with PCOS ‼️

Feeling stressed? Your body might be pumping out too much cortisol (aka your stress hormone).

Elevated cortisol over time can lead to fatigue, weight gain, sleep issues, and more.

As a girlie with PCOS, I experience this ALL the time!

The good news? You can lower it naturally with a few simple habits:

Here’s how to do it NATURALLY -
1️⃣ Prioritize Sleep – aim for 7–9 hours each night. Deep, restorative sleep is one of the best ways to reset your stress response.
2️⃣ Cut Back on Caffeine – too much coffee spikes cortisol. Swap that afternoon cup for water, herbal tea, or a short walk.
3️⃣ Move Your Body – daily movement (like walking, yoga, or strength training) reduces stress hormones and boosts endorphins.
4️⃣ Practice Mindfulness – even 5 minutes of meditation, deep breathing, or journaling can calm your nervous system.
5️⃣ Fuel with Whole Foods – balance your blood sugar with protein, healthy fats, and fiber. Stable energy = stable cortisol.

Remember: lowering stress isn’t about overhauling your life overnight. Start small, stay consistent, and your body (and mind) will thank you. 💛

Mom guilt is a myth...

If you can include your kids into your lifestyle 😜

After working with dozens of moms, I know the struggle is REAL

—between juggling work, endless to-do lists, and “mom guilt”, it feels almost impossible to carve out time for yourself. I’ve heard it a thousand times: “I don’t want to take time away from my kids for my fitness journey.”

But here’s the truth → taking care of yourself IS taking care of them. 💪

That’s why I helped my client flip the script: instead of choosing between her health and her kids, she started working out with them.

Instead of sneaking away for “me time,” fitness became “we time.”

They go on walks, do short bodyweight workouts at home, even turn on music and dance together.

Her kids see her fueling her body with nutritious meals, and they get curious about making their own healthy choices.

The result?

Her kids are growing up seeing health and movement as normal. They’re learning resilience, discipline, and self-love just by watching mom lead by example. ❤️

👉 Moms—when you make time for your health, you’re not taking time away from your kids. You’re giving them a lifelong gift: the blueprint for a healthy, confident future!

Need help getting there? Shoot me a dm! I’d love to get you on track 👌

Yes, I went on a bar crawl… and no, I didn’t gain a pound 🍹💃

Here’s exactly how I enjoyed the day without undoing my progress ⬇️

* Planned my week. I said no to other drinking events and kept the rest of my week on track so this day fit into my goals.
* Hydrated before & during. Started the day with plenty of water and kept sipping between drinks.
* Got enough sleep. Even after working the whole day before and morning of, I made rest a priority so my body could recover.
* Ate with intention. Healthy, protein-packed breakfast and lunch to fuel my body and slow alcohol absorption.
* Paced myself. I was there from 1–8pm, but I had just 3 drinks total. I enjoyed the social part more than the alcohol.
* Partook in 🍃: You can be on the “same level” as your friends without feeling hungover the next day - if you get that FOMO feeling, this might be your hidden bestie!

You don’t have to “miss out” to stay on track—you just have to be intentional!

By planning ahead, fueling your body, and making mindful choices, you can have fun and keep your results 👌
