Husband & Wife…Inspired by the Daniel Fast in January of 2020 to reset spiritually, emotionally, mentally & physically!

This journey Inspired us to Inspire others physically! The rest is SELF consistency. 1 day at a time!

On January 2, 2021, Brian & I decided to take part in the Daniel Fast. We did it for personal reasons.

When you fast, you make sacrifices to God as a surrender of your love to him & tells God you are serious about a prayer request.

During this fast, not only did God speak to us but our bodies felt the reward. That was encouraging enough for us to decide to start our workout journey. We stayed consistent in 2021 losing 35-40lbs each & were able to maintain!

LOOK AT GOD!

Wanted to invite y’all to join us. It felt so good all around we are doing it again!

The fast starts Saturday January 1st. Eat only what is grown from the ground.”Plant-based foods”

From my personal experience, God opened up so much to me because of my 21 fast for the purpose of him, not for me. I reaped the benefits all year & I know I will continue to see him on my side!

I GAINED 3lbs in the past week.

I kept saying “I ate & drank the whole beach!”

If I can encourage someone today just know that it’s not how you look, it’s how you feel. YES of course we all want to look & feel great in our clothes. BUT if our physical bodies don’t feel good then we are defeating the purpose of working out. & TODAY, I love this photo of me, BUT I feel so sluggish!

I know what I did & I know what I need to do! It’s ok to treat yourself every once in awhile as long as you get back on track!

Back to my Life Changing Style! 💪🏽
