Recommendation: El Tesoro Tequila - Reposado
Brand: El Tesoro de Don Felipe

ALC/VOL: 40% - 80 Proof
Tasting Notes: Agave, pepper, oak, vanilla, slight citrus, and cinnamon
Taster Notes: Sweet citrus with a spicy kick. This reposado was done really well; it reminds me of a good "sweet" bourbon. It can be paired well with steak or even lemon pepper wings. If you’re in the mood for a margarita, I would suggest the El Tesoro Blanco. If you’re interested in a Reposado Old Fashioned, this is an excellent option.

2 oz Dark Rum
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Coconut Syrup
1/4 oz Grenadine

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker then fill with ice.

Shake! Shake! Shake Senora! (Sorry couldnt help it)

Strain into glass filled with ice. Garnish.

Classic Whiskey Sour in celebration of Whiskey Sour Day (2023).

2 oz bourbon
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz Elite Elixir's simple syrup
Garnish: orange peel or wheel
Maraschino cherry (optional)

Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker then fill with ice.

Shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.

Strain into an old-fashioned or rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish.

Checkout this classic fresh margarita recipe just in time for Tequila Day. This recipe bypasses the nonsense and get right to it using fresh ingredients.

To jazz it up you can place sugar, salt or even chile salt on the the rim. If you want to bring out more flavor, you can add a pinch of salt in the shaker with the rest of the ingredients.

Frozen Margarita for Cinco de Mayo!! Enjoy!!

Happy National Margarita Day!!! Frozen Mango Margarita 1 cup of Frozen Mango Chunks 1.5 oz of your favorite Tequila .5 oz of Orange Liqueur .5 - 1 oz of Natural Sugar or Agave Syrup to taste 1 Lime, juiced or 1 oz of Margarita Mix 1 cup of Ice Cubes • Place the mango chunks, tequila, triple sec, natural syrup, and lime juice in your blender and blend on the highest mode until smooth. • Add the ice cubes to the blender. Make sure that they go all the way down to the bottom where the blades are, and continue blending until smooth. • Serve in the prepared glasses of your choice. (Optional) To prepare the glass, glide lime wedge around the rim and then dip glass into a small plate of salt , sugar or a mixture with the Piquín or cayenne pepper powder. This sophisticated dry Rosé has aromas of raspberry and orange blossom with delightful acidity and a mouthwatering fresh stone fruit and citrus palate

My Notes: Light, crisp, refreshing and very fruit forward but not too sweet. It has more of a dry finish. Great if you are trying to transition from Mosocto. This is hands down one of my favorite Rose`s - Top 5. I had it with some grilled pineapple that just took it to the next level.
