Putting on a tight pair of knee sleeves can be a bit tricky, but with the right technique, you’ll have them on comfortably in no time.

Start by rolling down the top of the sleeve about halfway. Then fold up a small lip from the bottom. While wearing tall socks, sit in a chair and insert your foot in the top, ensuring the center of your knee cap is in the middle of the 2 folds. Extend your leg and remove the 2 folds. Remove your sock from underneath the sleeve. Adjust as necessary for optimal support and comfort throughout your workout or activity.
