Left picture: people thought I looked good, but I didn’t feel good, wasn’t feeling energized, lower back and knee pain because of how much weight I was carrying around.

Right : of course I look better, but I feel amazing. No more pain/aches anymore. mentally, physically, emotionally and even financially everything has improved. Focusing on mobility and flexibility, has helped my body & workouts drastically. my quality of sleep has improved so much so I can be focused and be productive which is my biggest benefits on a daily basis.

Stop, letting people trick you, out of your spot. People will tell you it’s not possible or you don’t do it because they are not striving for greatness.

when you see me these days, just know it took self-determination, courage, discipline, a vision I had for myself.

I’m just a girl who came from many adversities, but that never let any circumstance defines me. lack of any family support or family dynamic. and still that did stop me from moving out of state. Starting multiple businesses, creating my own community of friends and family. Fighting & figuring out how grow through the pain has been a bitter sweet process. Helping hundreds of women gain confidence while achieving their personal fitness goals.

I’ve experienced so many things at point, but i know the best is yet to come. I’m excited, blessed and prepared to continue to making my mark.
