At our house yesterday.....We live out in the middle of nowhere (almost, lol) and hear what we thought was a vehicle pull up in our driveway. We live at the end of a dead end road, weren't expecting anyone, so it is very odd for someone to pull up in our driveway.
Me: I think someone just pulled up in our driveway.
Daughter (who is 5'3" and weighs 100 pounds): I'll go check.
She grabs a pistol off the shelf, checks for ammo, checks the safety, stuffs it in the back of her waistband, and heads out the door.
I'm not sure if I should be proud or scared for the next man in her life! :)
