Decided to decorate the TACO for Halloween this year! Think it turned out pretty nice!! Any ideas for next year?!

Got some great use out of the TACO this weekend at the Modoc Campground in SC with Only issue was we apparently picked the ant infested site! Was a bit of a pain getting them off of all the equipment before packing everything up, but other than that everything worked perfectly. The fridge/freezer from and the solar generator from worked great. Even the AC unit from was keeping us nice and cool at night.

A solid nutrition plan is the most important component to consider in your health and fitness regimen. Without adequate rest and fuel for your body, achieving your fitness goals may never be a reality.

Definitely need to start cooking more at home again. Its always so much more satisfying than anything I order out, and it’s easier on the wallet! These crispy beet strings on top are the perfect crunch needed for any good salad, and absolutely delicious!

Nice weekend camping trip up to Pinnacle K**b with and . Solid little 10 mile hike round trip with plenty of water crossings, waterfalls, and astounding views!

The TACO is almost finished! Just got the new Magnuson Supercharger thrown on thanks to the guys at and man does it make a huge difference in power!

When you find the perfect outdoor gym setup on a beach in Maui, its time to go!!!! Awesome HIIT training this morning!
