Our Cooperstown journey is complete, and what a week of baseball these boys had. They ended up finishing with a 5-3 record, and a winning record at Cooperstown is pretty impressive. From the very beginning, these boys believed in each other, played with heart, and showed everyone what they’re capable of. They exceeded expectations, never gave up, and earned every single one of those wins.

This week wasn’t easy. We lost Henry to a broken foot in Game 1, battled another injury that forced one of our players to sit out for a couple of games, played through the heat, and dealt with rain delays. Through it all, these boys never gave up. They kept fighting, kept cheering each other on, and kept showing up every single game.

As coaches and parents, we couldn’t be prouder. The memories made here will last a lifetime, and that’s what it is all about.
