First time I ran with ankle weights on and hit a 5.3
Second time I ran without the weights and clocked a 5.1.. but don’t sleep.. I had the measurements off because there was no way. lol
The third trial, after the cone adjustment, I clocked a 4.2
BUT OF COURSE.. I always want to try and beat my previous time so for my last one I clocked a 4.1 👏🏾🔥
