In Greek mythology, Atlas led the Titans in a war against the Olympians. As punishment, Zeus condemned him to stand eternally at the Western edge of the wotld and bear the weight of the heavens on his shoulders. Atlas managed to temporarily escape his burden by tricking others to do it for him, but the reprieve never lasted.
Sounds horrifying, doesn’t it? But many of us punish ourselves endlessly, struggling under the weight of burdens that we’ve given ourselves. These heavy loads could be entangled with guilt, fear, shame, envy, or anger, but they’re loads we could lay down or shrug off (as author Ayn Rand famously imagines Atlas doing in her 1957 masterpiece). We CHOOSE to bear the burden of Atlas, to condemn ourselves for some past mistake we made or imagined that we made.
It’s hard to move forward in our lives sometimes. Our emotions hold us back, prevent us from living life freely and joyfully. But you can break free of your emotions and shrug that heavy burden off your shoulders. Atlas may be stuck holding up the world, but you don’t have to be.
Through coaching, hypnosis, and NLP, I can guide you to shrug off all the unwanted emotions and traumatic memories that you would like to free yourself from. Reach out for a free consultation to find out what is possible for your life: freedom, peace, and joy.

Not all infrared light produces the results you are after. Read about the difference...
Q: How does light therapy (or PBM) differ from infrared saunas?
/
A: Infrared saunas and photobiomodulation are both great therapies. But it's important to understand that they are very different.
Infrared saunas primarily deliver far infrared wavelengths, which are great for generating heat. That's why they're ideal for the purposes of sauna-based therapy.
Light therapy (or PMB), using red and near infrared wavelengths, utilizes a different mechanism of action. Instead of inducing heat stress, they activate an enzyme called cytochrome c oxidase (CCO), which helps your cells produce more energy in the form of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). This leads to a wide range of benefits that have been proven in hundreds of clinical studies.
Remember, saunas and light therapy, although different, are two effective (and clinically-proven) therapies that offer amazing health benefits. As you continue your personal wellness journey, consider adding both to safely and naturally enhance your overall health.
