Why would I not share daily why I do what I do for health and wellness?
Why I wake up and work out?

Some days you don’t want to get out of bed, some days you don’t feel like working out. Not everyday is a walk in the park but it’s why you’re doing it that keeps you going. If your discipline and your WHY are strong enough you can achieve anything!

One way tells you to eat everything, one way tells you to limit all food types….
Which is true you ask?
We all have different bodies and need different plans. To lose fat, you have to eat at a calorie deficit but does that mean cutting out food groups? No, you just plan your day so that it all fits!
Personally I do 80/20 diet… 80% of the time is Whole Foods, veg, lean meats, fruit and fiber filled carbs. 20% is fun, it still might be good for me but I worry less about the last 20%. It still fits in my calorie amount for the day but I get to enjoy more of the foods I love without feeling guilty
