No video today, but another session in the books!
Inspired by past workout, preseason for me finishes this Sunday and I finally get into my program. I needed these weeks to get amped for working out again! Glad I was able to find pleasure in doing what I love! They ain’t gonna be ready for me come august!
Shoutout to for coming up with the routine, love it when I can plug and play from a good routine!
Had to add my spin on it towards the end!
Today it got serious! Most weight I’ve pushed in a while, felt great though! Definitely ready to start this program on the right foot! Watch me work! Beast mode loading!
