I've been struggling with the aftermath of a hamstring pull since July of 2016. About 6 weeks ago I discovered Dr. Andreo Spina and have become obsessed with his methods. (I am signed up to take a training with him in September too! YAY!) This hamstring exercise of his that I've been practicing for about 6 weeks has helped my hamstring feel normal again and I am finally able to use it how I want to! This is HUGE for me!!

Many thanks to an AWESOME crowd for the Sunday Foam Rolling classes for the past three months! The Run Hub Northwest marathon training team completed their final foam rolling class before their marathon this coming weekend-good luck to each of you! Huge THANKS to Sweaty Ganesh Yoga for hosting the training team along with the regular students for the 9:30am class. This class continues through the end of June, free for SGY members, $10 to drop in.

Eugene athletes, you guys need to check out Recharge Eugene, an athletic recovery lounge downtown! Seriously, this place is rad. They have normatechs (compression devices to clear toxins out of your legs, pictured), an infrared sauna, a hot and cold whirlpool, kombucha on tap, strength classes, the list just goes on and on. I had the privlege to a few weekends ago and I cannot wait to go back!

The Trigger Point MB5 ball has recently become my favorite mobility tool! Much larger than a lacrosse ball, this ball makes it easy to get into tough places.
