So I did the 8k Marathon over the weekend and it was an amazing feeling for me! First I have never ran more then a mile without stopping and this is the most physical work I've done since I dropped 100 pounds🏅I came outside my comfort zone and surpassed what I thought I was "only"able to do smh yep I limited myself wowwwww🙈 I'm in awe
