Did you know that today is 📚World Book Day? 📚
I did not, but I will happily take the opportunity to share a book that’s been on my mind lately.
“The Health Rebellion” by Josh Porter
What I love about this book is how practical and doable it is.
It’s not overwhelming at all. Josh gives simple, attainable tools to help you start feeling better.
In a society that focuses on productivity and sacrificing sleep and rest, Josh reminds us that....
Rest matters. Sleep matters. Recovery matters.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is slow down and allow our bodies to recover.
But he also shares a line that really stuck with me:
“The more muscle you have, the harder you are to kill.”
I love this quote and have been sharing it with others.
It reminded me that building strength isn’t about aesthetics.
It’s about longevity, resilience, and showing up strong in life now AND later.
I don’t know about you, but I fully plan on being (as Josh puts it) "dangerous at 70." I will be strong in mind, body, and spirit.
Fun fact...Josh was one of our incredible speakers at the Beneath the Surface Women’s Summit in 2025. His message is just as powerful in person as it is in his writing.
I would love to know a book that’s impacted your health or mindset recently? Please share it in the comments!
And if you’re ready to stop starting over and create a stronger, more energized version of YOU, I’d love to support you through my 1:1 life coaching. Send me a message and we can chat. 💜💚

A new week is here!
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You don’t have to do everything perfectly.
You just have to take the next step. One day at a time.
Give yourself grace and honor your energy.
And remember that you are allowed to grow at your own pace.
This week I invite you to choose progress over pressure.
Let me know what’s one small thing you’re doing for you this week?
Remember that sharing may give someone else an idea on what they can do for themselves this week.
I am planting my garden and flowers! 🍅🍓🥒🌿🌺

Easter is a day that can represent hope, renewal, and new life for many.
And while that meaning can be deeply personal, it can also be an invitation to pause and gently check in with yourself.
Not to overhaul your whole life.
Not to “fix” everything overnight.
But to simply notice:
Where might you need a little more grace?
Where are you being too hard on yourself?
Where could you allow things to feel just a bit lighter?
This about each area of your life including personal and professional.
Growth isn’t always about pushing harder. Sometimes it’s about softening.
This Easter, give yourself permission to:
• Slow down
• Breathe deeper
• Release a little pressure
• And trust that change can happen and you are safe to make change
Reflection:
What would it look like to meet yourself with more compassion today?
Wishing you a peaceful and relaxing Easter.
Hugs,
Lindsey
