Peace family. 💕I have decided that I am going to continue to show up as my true self. That’s the biggest flex in all this. Not the poses. It’s the head space. There are so many stigmas around black yoga culture but we too value wholeness and our mental health. I Am so grateful for those of you who have supported this journey and allowed me to be genuine in our wellness circles. Every class I’m on my mat WITH you all, not just giving instructions. My biggest gratitude to all of you for showing grace and allowing me to be human and finding moments to take away something from our sessions. It’s a great release every time. 🙏🏾
