This song has been everywhere on my timeline and I thought this would be the perfect recipe to use it for πŸ˜‚ Get it, sweating + heart health? Lol 

Anyways, here's a little overview on the importance of beet juice:

Β· Helps in lowering blood pressure.
Β· Improves exercise stamina.
Β· Great source of minerals + potassium.
Β· Could aid in strengthening heart muscles, prevent certain types of cancers, & reducing risk of dementia. 

Note β€” please consult your doctor 🫢🏽

𝐒𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:⁣
Β· 3 large beets
Β· 2 honeycrisp apples
Β· 1 lemon 
Β· 2-3 k***s of ginger root

Yields β€” 8 (2oz) servings.
⁣
𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐑𝐨𝐝:⁣
Β· Thoroughly wash all fruit.
Β· Remove the skin from the lemon + ginger root.
Β· Roughly chop all.
Β· Place chopped beets, apples, lemon, and ginger root in a juicer.
Β· Divide juice evenly amongst shot glasses. 

Note β€” store in the refrigerator for no longer than 3 days.
