Our preschool gymnastics classes also teach colors and shapes!
Gymnastics helps with so many aspects of life. Last week and this week we have been focusing on sideways movement that helps with reading skills!

Our star student for August was Sarah L. She has been coming since 2024. She had big goals of achieving a back handspring this summer and we were proud of all the hard work she put into learning a new skill! She is also kind to others in the gym and has a great attitude! We love having her in the gym!

We offer classes Mondays- Saturdays! Don’t know if gymnastics or tumbling is what you’re looking for? We suggest starting in a gymnastics class since they do tumbling skills as well as the other apparatus!
