Rejoice, weary world.

Lift your heads in praise for we have every reason to be joyful!

Jesus Christ came for the very reason we are heartbroken in this sin-filled world.

His arrival into this world, in humble circumstances, reminds us that even in our darkest moments, God is with us, offering grace and healing and because of Him we have HOPE.

I want to encourage you - if you do nothing else - to light a candle and put it in the window. Let the Enemy know you may be hurting but that doesn’t stop you from celebrating or praising the God who is a Way Maker!

May the light of His birth shine brightly in your hearts, filling you with the strength to carry on, knowing that you are never alone. This season, let His love surround you and bring comfort, for His presence is a gift of eternal hope.

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13 NIV

Never forget that PRAYER is the work - in any and every situation.

God does His best work through heart that is humble and has a bent ear toward His voice.

What a night!

Thank you, for opening your doors and hearts not just to me but to hurting families.

The high point for me was Pastor Wayne creating a safe place for parents to gather with me after the service.

These brave parents had the opportunity to share their hearts out loud - for some this was the first time ever.

There is something deeply healing about being heard.

I was able to listen to hearts, hold tears, and lift up arms.

Oh, the holy ground of walking with the suffering.

Thank You, Lord, for the opportunity to serve!

We often taken on the end result as though it is dependent of us.

That’s not true.
Don’t believe the lies of the Enemy.

God will answer and work in a way that only He can receive the glory.

You don’t have to strive, you just need to stay in step.

It seems like a simple question but often times the Lord is the last person we ask.

I’m going off the grid for a few weeks but will return August 1st.

Let me introduce you to the man behind the cover of The Daring Rescue: my friend Chris Lewis.

Chris and I were at a team retreat in February when I announced that I had difficulty creating a cover. After asking me many thought-provoking questions, Chris turned his phone towards me and showed me the picture you now see as the book’s cover. I am so thankful for the guidance of the Holy Spirit and Chris’ attentiveness to His voice!

This past week, Chris was with me again at the Restored Hope Network Conference when a mother approached usand began sharing how thankful she was to be able to purchase and read The Daring Rescue. She then stated that when she saw the cover, she knew the book was for her.This precious mother said it capsulated everything she felt as a parent—wanting to run into the storm and rescue her child.

She isn’t the only parent out there looking for hope and a way to join Jesus in his pursuit. She represents one in an unfortunately fast-growing and rising number.

This is where you can help other hurting parents and families like this mother, and it won’t cost you a dime.

👥Share the book with your pastor or pastoral staff - or send me the name of your church and pastor and I will connect with them personally. I am aiming to get the book into the hands of 2000 churches this next year. That’s a BIG goal but with your help it can be done.
