Reminder: Negative images and negative words have an extremely deep impact on young developing brains. But then again—we don’t talk about the mental health/maintenance of adults so why would children even matter to you….

Take self defense classes!
Stay in shape.
Learn how to use a weapon.
And then keep one with you….

The world is extremely unsafe for us, and we MUST know how to protect ourselves. And be strong enough to do it💪🏾

In light of , I just want to note: we go to the doctor every 6-7 months—to check on our physical condition…..we go to the dentist every year—to check on our teeth….. women go to the OB/GYN every year— to check on our flower …HOW WILD is it that people do not go to a therapist, EVER—to check on their most powerful organ ?!?!??

This week, AMP conducted health seminars in St. Thomas AND St. Croix🤯 Yall I got flew’d out !!! much thanks to Queenie Lee-Tavernier for the incredible opportunity ❤️My favorite employee/ Mommy and the most faithful servant leader I know Pamela MW showed up to Tuesday’s class with balloons and extra energy- CLASS WAS LIT!!!. And then, I came home to flowers, gifts and an outpouring of love and support.


There are no words that can express how grateful I am—that God consistently shows me that I am divinely loved and provided for. All thanks and praise to The Most High for provision, guidance, protection, and successsssss💃🏾🍾❤️
