At the end of every year and the beginning of each new year, I ❤️ purging what doesn’t serve me and then filing the gap with positive Intentions & goals to manifest. What I am learning is that life is a balance of the yuck and the pleasing, which allows us to appreciate and learn/grow.
Expecting your scale to be heavy and overflowing with goodness/positive /abundance is not realistic.
Getting comfortable with facing the yuck with a solid mental attitude and approaching the yuck with a plan of action creates balance. And for me, there is peace in balance, good fortune in balance and mindfulness. When our minds are open to both the pleasant and unpleasant we grow. Just a small shift in perspective can make a huge positive impact. This allows the scales to balance and you the power to move through anything with grace and confidence. Namaste, Anne 😘

I realized today after being quizzed by a Lululemon employee on my yoga qualifications at checkout, ( instructors receive a discount ) that I have not posted here in really long time!
Although the studio has closed my private practice is still alive for one on one yoga therapy sessions. Summer typically graces me with more time to teach so I have few spots open for evening and morning if interested! I am also available to travel to you and teach in your sacred space. If you are interested in a group yoga -core class, there is a group forming in Alpharetta where I will teach once a week. 😊💪🏻🙏
Yoga therapy clients are stil meeting here in my home studio.
Also, there has been talks of a CoreBliss retreat this fall! Stay tuned....

Last night I worked with a client who has super tight hamstrings & hip flexors to loosen and lengthen using yoga & yoga therapy techniques. She was amazed how relaxed, loose and flexible she became after an hour of focused stretching/ aligning and "letting go". Hooray😊 & Namaste 🙏

Stop. Feeding. The. Monster.
"I am too anxious", "we are financially stuck", "I am so out of shape", "there is too much going on to take time for me".
Beginning now, starve the monster. Feed yourself with the opposite (even if it is not true at the present moment). Begin feeling your future success/ goals now. Fake it and watch what brilliant and abundant bliss unfold. Begin now before the new year. When you consciously stop the negative mind chatter you become open to possibilities. Don't settle people, you have the world at your feet even when you are in a dark place. Begin now. Starve the monster & feed your spirit. ❤️
