We value our customers so very much! To better serve you, our Atlanta Location will be offline for maintenance on Tuesday - February 24th, 2026.

The city has the water back on. Fresh filtered ice and water are back online. The machine will be making ice a quickly as possible. As always, our customer service number is on the front of the machine. Have an amazing day.

We have been back out to check the water pressure. We are sad to say we are sold out of ice and there is no water coming into the machine. As soon as the city fixes their side, we will turn the ice maker and water vendor back on. We pray that all the water issues are resolved soon.

We still have lots of fresh ice that was made before the city water issues last night. The water vendor will be off until the city water issues are resolved.

Attention Residents: Low Water

The storms that hit yesterday caused Graphic Packaging to lose power. Therefore, the city has not been receiving any water.

They just got power restored at Graphic Packaging so they will start sending water to Atlanta. We are asking everyone to please preserve water at this time as it will take time to fill storage tanks.

Happy Independence Day! Please remember that we frequently sell out of ice on this holiday weekend. Be sure to get your ice early.

We are constantly making fresh ice all weekend and will remotely reset the machine when enough ice is made to allow us to fill more bags. Check back to the individual machine’s page to get updates on when we will be resetting any machines that sell out.

On this Memorial Day weekend we want you to have fun, stay safe, enjoy some great food and better friends. Most of all please remember what the holiday is all about! Say a prayer of thanks for those who gave their life for us to be able to enjoy our abundance.

On our way to open up the water vendor!! Expect it to be open by noon!!

As some of you already have found out, our water vender has been turned off and drained in order to protect it from freezing this deep cold. Please check back here to see when the water vendor is back in operation.

Independence Day holiday is upon us. Remember we usually sell all the ice we have on this BIG summer holiday. Get your ice early to make sure we haven’t run out yet.

If the machine is out of service it will reset as soon as we have made enough fresh ice that we can sell. We have internet monitoring, but feel free to call or text our customer service number posted on the machines.
